A quick fix of artichokes, delicious and fresh and just waiting for you to dip tortilla chips or grisini or toasted baguettes in it. Enriched with Parmesan and mayonnaise and ready in no time.
Ingredients (serves 2-4):
- whatever you choose to dip into it (make sure it's crunchy and full of carbs)
- 400 g artichoke hearts
- 100 ml mayo
- 125 grated Parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste
Put the hearts in a blender:
Puree it a little, then add the Parmesan:
And also the mayo:
Puree until all is even and transfer to a serving bowl. It's ready, dig in.
