The combination of coffee and honey may strike you as unusual. If you've had it before (I had), even then, it was probably simple and black. So the idea of adding foamed milk to it may seem like too much. But this classic French drink deserves all the extra effort (and calories) :).

- 1 shot of expresso
- 50 ml steamed milk, plus extra to serve
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch of cinnamon
Prepare the espresso. Heat the milk in a small pitcher and foam it with a milk frothier.
Pour the frothed milk in a serving cup and top with the espresso shot. Immediately sprinkle cinnamon and swirl the honey on top. Allow each person to mix in the honey on their own, if they want.
Serve hot. It's done, dig in! :)
