Pink raspberry lemonade (raw vegan)


The pink colored and raspberry flavored version of everyone's favorite summer drink. I love the flavor and the naturally-formed foam. Enjoy :)

Last year: Pain aux herbes de Provence (French) (vegan).
Two years ago: Baby making and no cooking :) .




Ingredients (serves 2):
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 500 ml water
  • 4-5 tablespoons honey
  • a small handful of raspberries

Squeeze the two lemons in a small bowl. Mix in the honey. The lemonade concentrate is done:

Dilute with the water (or more or less to taste), strain or remove any unwanted solids by hand, then puree it together with the raspberries in a blender.
Pour into tall glasses and it's done:

Dig in! :) (Or, in this case, Bottoms up!)
