Simple blackberry-almond treat

An alternative to the regular musli. This is ready in 5 minutes or less. Ideal as breakfast or just a light treat. The fruit taste balances the sweet almond flavor and it's packed with fruit and dairy vitamins and almond minerals and omega 3 acids :). Can be served right away or refrigerated for later use.

Ingredients (serves 1-2):
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 100 g cream (or light yogurt), preferably thicker consistency
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey
  • 70-80 g smashed almonds
  • 1-2 drops of almond flavor essence

Put the cream (or yogurt) in the bowl:

Add the honey and stir well to completely blend it in:

Add the flavor drops (only if you're not squeamish about strong flavors, for instance Bogdan doesn't really take well to them, but maybe that's because we added half a vial :D):

Mix again, add the almonds:

Now use the berries to decorate your treat. It's ready, dig in!
